Rigging the Heaviest TMC Optical Tables

The highlight of this move was the relocation of TMC’s largest CleanTop optical tables—massive units weighing over 1,000 pounds each. These precision-engineered tables require specialized rigging to avoid any vibration or surface stress.

To ensure safe transport, our team designed and built custom skids specifically for these tables. We used air casters and heavy-duty supports, keeping each table perfectly level and secure during removal, transport, and storage.
