We recently partnered with Matt Siracusa and his team at USA Lab Movers to relocate our entire biomedical research laboratory from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. The experience was outstanding in every respect. Relocating specialized research equipment, including refrigerators and freezers, microscopes, cryostats, and delicate surgical instruments, requires exceptional care, planning, and technical expertise. They worked in close coordination with our schedule, provided secure and appropriate packaging solutions for sensitive equipment, and handled every item with precision and care. From the careful handling and transport of frozen biological samples to the custom crate construction for our largest and most sensitive instruments, to the packing and relocation of smaller lab equipment, each component of the move was executed flawlessly under his leadership.

The payment for the relocation was processed through a university-issued Purchase Order (PO), a process that is often complex and time-consuming. Throughout, Mr. Siracusa remained patient, communicative, and professional as we navigated our institution’s administrative requirements.
